1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all subscription agreements concluded via our website.
Our offer is directed at both consumers and businesses.

2. Contracting Party and Conclusion of Agreement

By placing an order for a subscription on our website, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a contract. The contract is established once the payment has been successfully processed and the customer receives a confirmation email.

3. Subscription Plans, Duration & Renewal

We offer the following subscription plans:

[Subscription Plan 1]: €9.95, access to all 10 exclusive Telegram groups, monthly.

All subscriptions automatically renew for the selected billing period (e.g., monthly or annually) unless canceled in time.

4. Cancellation & Withdrawal

The subscription can be canceled at any time or at least 3 days before the end of the current billing period.

The cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to info@inktrix-exclusive.com. The email should include the subscriber’s full name and registered email address to ensure proper identification.

Once the cancellation request is received, the customer will receive a confirmation email.

Access remains active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds for previously paid periods are excluded.

If the subscription includes digital content without physical delivery, the right of withdrawal expires upon first access to the content. By purchasing, the customer expressly agrees to this policy.

5. Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices are inclusive of VAT (if applicable).

Payment is processed via Stripe, using the available payment methods.

The subscription fee is automatically charged at the beginning of each new billing period.

If a payment fails, the customer will receive a notification and a grace period of 7 days to complete the payment. If the payment remains unsuccessful, access to the subscription will be suspended.

6. Changes to Pricing & Content

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices or content. Customers will be notified at least 14 days in advance via email. Customers may cancel their subscription before the changes take effect.

7. Liability & Warranty

We assume no liability for technical issues or temporary service downtimes.

If content or services become unavailable, we will make every effort to restore them as soon as possible.

Our liability is limited to gross negligence or intentional damages.

8. Data Protection

All customer data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Payment data is processed directly by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.

9. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

All disputes arising from this contract are subject to German law. The place of jurisdiction is Steinfurt, Germany, if the customer is a business entity.

10. Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

Changes or additions to these Terms and Conditions must be made in writing.
